I ordered a mix and match qp and one of the oz had some bud rot. I contacted them and they asked me to weigh out the bad buds and they would replace the affected buds. I told them that wasn’t acceptable and they then replaced the entire zip.

My last 3 orders haven’t been great. The last order took 5 days to ship out. They pulled a bait and switch on top of it. Ordered a zip of alien og and was shipped grape ape labelled as alien. I’m not ordering from them again. Good luck with your package. At least I got my order.

A bad situation is made better or worse depending on how it’s handled. In this case I’m happy with the resolution. Once is my limit with this though... if I get a second bad order I’ll go elsewhere. It’s now on the mom to sort the issue with their grower/supplier and quickly.

Thanks for the info and advice. I reached out to the mom this morning and raised my concerns about the rest of the bag. They agreed and sent out a replacement ounce this afternoon. Of a different strain of course.
