This is kind of good to know. They said they are sending me a "promotional" package.. hasn't arrived and it's been a while, so I wonder if that was to just get me to place an order. I asked them about it and it will be sent out ... just a bit strange I thought, that long for a promotional package? Totally don't care cuz it's free, and I haven't seen anything bad about PC... maybe they haven't sent it out? Maybe on Monday when they send my free products lol... that really sucks though. How long has it been and have you contacted them?

Fwiw they contacted me too and I received my package yesterday. Haven't had a chance to try anything yet but some of them smell really nice

Wow... that is pretty brutal. Hopefully the problem gets resolved. Even if it is CP, you should get a refund I think, or some sort of compensation.

you'd think..I just ordered from OKG and right in their policy it states they are not responsible for Canada Post mess ups.. Not sure but the bulk game seems to have it's own rules there..IMO ..another mom I had to run to someone elses house when they put the wrong address on it...lol.. Lol. That does make sense. I've always found Cp to be very reliable. I've actually never had a problem with them, and I order a lot from other provinces. And in a weird way, that why I love moms, they are human too lol. It's easy to make mistakes.. it's just very unfortunate that most aren't willing to cover the bulk orders.

We are not scamming you. Please do not make up lies as we were always honest about what wasn’t going on. If you do lot believe our conversations with Canada post I’m not sure what else we can do. There are multiple people on these forums that have received orders from us.

Please wait for the investigation to be closed before assuming such things.

Also if you check the tracking number it said March 22nd around 1pm Canada post has located your package and is in a secure facility ready to be shipped out. So if you waited one more day this all could have been resolved.

Sorry for any inconvenience thank you for your patients and cooperation.

Sucks to hear that you've been having problems for this long. They definitely should've been taken care of by this point, but I've ordered repeatedly from Pacific and never had an issue with delivery, nor have I seen other posts complaining about such a thing. Seems to be a specific issue with you, not the company.

That’s still a Canada Post problem. I just picked up a QP from Canada Post with no problemas. I thought Pacific Cannibis had good customer service

Sad to say again, Client has been impatient as he has always been for this entire process. We literally sent him another package, It says delivery date on April 10. It's the 11th for god sake. You're calling us liars and all this nonsense when you have no honor within this case. We reimbursed you your entire order and its 1 day late, we do not know the issue, maybe you should try another address ? or a P.O Box? We stood to our policy and reimbursed it in full. As people have said earlier, it may be a problem with you and not us. We will not send to the same address again, if you would like use to try to resolve the issue you must provide a different address or a P.O Box. This goes without saying we are not sure where the package is cause its only been 1 day late so far.

Our customer service has always been true, honest and transparent. If we could give ratings for a customer you'd gladly be a 1/10

a real good mom with good customer service would have returned my refund with purolator, fedex ... to be sure this time I receive it and quickly because he would like me to erase this publication and I do it a good comment . Quite to pay a little more in shipping because it is an order that dates from more than one month
You can keep this post up as long as you want. We want this to be a pure example of how a customer should not be while waiting for an investigation and also waiting for a fully covered order that we are providing.

Come on ! Be real ! I understand that is a big amount , but by choosing to order from online you know you have this kind of risk . I’m not taking no one side here , i don’t even know this mom , but the fact that you are accusing him of thief when he’s trying to help you out , is not cool . Shit happen man , in this case you gotta be patience, they are doing business , do you really think that everytime someone claim that they haven’t received their package that the mom haveto send roght away a replacement ? They will run out of business , especially i know some like to scam these mom’s for free weed . Seriously , get out of the kitchen if you can’t take the heat , ... try to make a smaller order next time , it will hurt less .
