Fwiw they contacted me too and I received my package yesterday. Wow... that is pretty brutal. Hopefully the problem gets resolved. you'd think..I just ordered from OKG and right in their policy it states they are not responsible for Canada Post mess ups.. Not sure but the bulk game seems to have it's own rules there..IMO ..another mom I had to run to someone elses house when they put the wrong address on it...lol.. Lol. That does make sense. I've always found Cp to be very reliable. I've actually never had a problem with them, and I order a lot from other provinces. And in a weird way, that why I love moms, they are human too lol. Sucks to hear that you've been having problems for this long. They definitely should've been taken care of by this point, but I've ordered repeatedly from Pacific and never had an issue with delivery, nor have I seen other posts complaining about such a thing. That’s still a Canada Post problem. I just picked up a QP from Canada Post with no problemas. You can keep this post up as long as you want.
